When Julia Bell's ex ran off she was left paying his debts. Using her skill's in what used to be one of her favorite past-times, Julia is trying to crawl her way out of the debt left behind on her shoulders.
Meeting Clay Nichols wasn't in her plan. Anyone she becomes close to could become collateral damage, but something about Clay has drawn Julia to him and although she knows she shouldn't she finds herself falling deeper for him. What was supposed to be one passionate night has become more and Julia wants it.
Clay Nichols walked into Julia's bar one night for a drink and a chat with a beautiful woman, he left after one passionate night with the inability to get Julia out of his mind. Although he knows he shouldn't want more - especially after his last disastrous relationship - he wants Julia and all that he can get from her.
